MATERIAL RETURNS POLICY

• Hardwood Products will not accept the return of any material after 30 Days from the date of delivery/pick-up.
• Special order items are NON-RETURNABLE: this includes but not limited to ALL corbels, onlays, posts, or special mouldings.
• Returned material is subject to a HANDLING CHARGE and a RESTOCKING CHARGE.
• Returned material must be accompanied by the ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.
• Hardwood Products will not accept the return of any material that has been CUT.
